Any entry not followed by a name in brackets or preceded by a name was written by Trystan L. Bass [this will be corrected in the near future--Ice Princess 6/02]. Trystan was the original faq-maintainer, from its inception in October 1995. Nobody else wanted the job, but everyone thought it was a good idea to have a faq ;-). Trystan's efforts for and contributions to the faq are enormous and we can't thank her enough. Ice Princess took over the FAQ in 2002 and some uncredited entries will be written by her.
